Kuredu Reef Seaside | Maldives
In July 2012, we traveled to Kuredu Island in the Maldives spontaneously.
We needed a month retirement of Germany. We inhaled the calm & friendly nature and the stunning oceans around the reef.
Shortly after we arrived, a tourist guide came to us. We sat down with him and he welcomed us to the Maldives. Tired from the long flight (around 11:30h) from Frankfurt to Malé, we could not directly realize that we’ve been upgraded to the biggest and very expensive “Sulthan Villas" (only 7 on the whole island) by the Manager. We’ve spent about 5000€ for the trip.
If we booked the Sulthan Villa from the beginning, the trip had cost more between 10000€ and 12000€!! Lucky we!!!;)
He showed us the Villa and we were breathless about it!
Own pool, garden and open bath, with whirlpool and the best shower we experienced so far in our vacations.
Our goal: We want to travel the world to see the places we couldn’t reach so far in our lives. Because of that we’ve created “Jack the Flipper” an artwork & photography project from 3 german guys with very good skills in photographing and creating online presences, to reinvent ourselves and our lifes.
Nature is our Mainspring!
Storm is coming | Kuredu Island | Maldives in July 2012
In the early afternoon the sky crumbled and the clouds got bigger and bigger…
Duennwald Forest 13 | Germany
In the Duennwald Forest Nature Reserve “Am Hornpottweg”, a former gravel pit in the eighties, a few years after closure has developed a particularly valuable habitat.
Heavy snowfall that year, covered and sugared all of the forests around here in a beautiful white blanket of snow. Through the blue color tone this photograph comes at you as a dramatically reduced image.
Voiswinkel 15 | Germany
Voiswinkel is a district of Country of Berg (german: Bergisch Gladbach).
It is located in the rural area of the catchment area of Country of Berg. Enclosed by hills, forests and beautiful nature, this small town offers the observer many different views of landscapes and typical culture of german countryside.
The reduced and pastel colored photograph have a calming effect on the viewer.
Lily of the Valley | Germany
Walking the forests of Duennwald and Katterbach lets me discover every time some places I never seen here before…
Like this beautiful Lily of the Valley (german: Maiglöckchen) which was all alone in the winter forest. The forests awake slowly from their winter dormancy. Some plants are rising through the fallen leave blanket and struggling just to get some rays of light, breaking through the forest treetops.
Servings at Café Especiale | Cologne | Germany
Eating at our favorite Mexican Restaurant. Mmmmh….every time a pleasure to be there.
Dellbrücker Creek | Germany
